Gavran Chicken Masala
Gavran Chicken masala is prepared by roasting the ingredients in the traditional way. The chicken gravy prepared with these spices are delicious and reminiscent of being cooked on a stove in the village. It is pure veg. masala, not curry powder. It is popular in the Maharashtra.
For 250 grams chicken, heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a kadhai. Add 1 finely chopped onion and fry till it becomes golden. Add 2 spoons Gavran Chicken Masala and mix. Add salt and let it cook well. After cooking, garnish with green coriander and serve.
