Gavran Mutton Masala
Gavran mutton masala is blend of roasted spices. it is pure veg. Gavran mutton masala identity, it gives smoky taste to the dish. Just like the curry is made on the stove (chulha), it is used in Non veg. dishes. Dark brown colour appear in gravy.
For 250 grams of mutton, heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan. Add 1 finely chopped onion and fry till it becomes golden. Add 2 small spoon waghmare red chilli powder, 1/2spoon turmeric powder, 2tsp Gavran mutton masala and mix. Add salt as per taste and water in sufficient quantity for thickness of gravby let it cook well. After cooking, garnish with green coriander and serve.
