Sufalam – Royal Biryani Masala
Royal Biryani Masala is the blend of spices which acquires a subtle taste and royal aroma in all dishesh of veg. pulao and biryani. It is Veg. masala A plate full of piping hot biryani is hard to resist. For getting an authentic biryani taste.
Wash 500 grams basmati rice, add 1 tsp oil and salt and boil it till half cooked and filter the water. Heat oil in a pan, add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and fry it. Add 2 chopped onions and cook till golden. Add curd and 3 tsp waghmare biryani masala and fry with onions. Add chopped carrots, cauliflower, beans and green peas and cook till all are cooked. Put the rice in the pan and turn the vegetables. Add green coriander and cook on slow flame for 4-5 minutes. Hot Biryani is ready to be served.

Coriander, Cumin, Bay Betel, Shahajira, Meer, Velcha, Kalmi, Clove, Ear flower, Cardamom, Asafoetida, Nutmeg, Common salt.
