Sufalam – Pav Bhaji Masla

Heat butter in a frying pan, add ginger and garlic paste, chopped onion and fry it. Add boiled potatoes, capsicum, cabbage, cabbage. Cook by adding chili powder, salt as per taste. Add chopped tomatoes, 4 tsp Waghmare Pavbhaji Masala and cook. Let it cook till soft. Serve hot Pav Bhaji garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
