Sufalam – Panipuri Masla
Suflam Panipuri masala makes the sour and spicy mint flavored water .This popular street food doesn’t need any introduction. Crispy Puri is stuffed with potato, onion, Chickpeas, Coriander Chutney and ready water of panipuri masla. Its very simply to assemble and one can easily find puffed puri at any Indian Grocery Store.
Take 2 medium onion finely chopped (Optional), ½ cup of Sev, 1 ½ cups boiled mashed potato (Mix ½ tsp. red chilli powder & cumin – Coriander powder, ¼ tsp. of chaat masala).
Method for Pani –
In 1liter of cold water, add 30 to 35g Sufalam Panipuri Masala mix it properly and serve with puff puri.
Note: – tamarind water, padina and green chilli chutney can also be added to enhance the taste.
