Varhadi Mutton Gravy Mix
Varhadi Mutton Gravy Mix is a instant gravy mix . no more preparation to make gravy just add in water and make paste which used in mutton curry. it is pure veg. mix of some roasted aromatic spices.
This gravy mix involves two steps: marinating the meat and preparing the gravy.
To cook 500g of Meat/ Mutton in a cooker till it become soft. Keep in a side, Make a paste of Waghmare Varhadi Mutton Gravy Mix in 1 cup of water. Heat a heavy bottom pot or cooker with oil, fry a paste in it Sauté evenly until oil seperate. Adding the mutton kept in a side cover and cook for another 10 min. keep stirring occasionally. Add sufficient quantity of water for gravy. Add salt as per as taste. keep it covered on a low flame. After 10 minutes garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves and Serve.
