Varhadi chicken Gravy Mix is a instant gravy mix just add in water and make paste which used in chickencurry. it is pure veg. mix of some roasted aromatic spices.
This gravy mix involves two steps: marinating the meat and preparing the gravy.
Recipe:
Heat oil in a pan. Make a paste of Waghmare Vehadi Chicken Gravy Mix in 1 cup of water. Fry the paste in oil. Put 250g chicken pieces in a pan. Add 1/2 glass (125ml) water and let it cook on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes. After cooking, garnish with green coriander and serve hot.

Coriander, Red Chilli, Bayleaf, Dehydrated Garlic, Cumin, Salt, Clove, Cinnamon, Stone Flower, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Star Anis, Mustard, Dehydrated Onion, Coconut, Cashewnut, HVP, Turmeric, Cornstarch, Gaurgum.
