Sufalam – Shahi Paneer Masala
Sufalam Shahi Paneer Masala is the blend of spices. Which acquires a subtle taste and royal aroma in Shahi Paneer Gravy and makes the dish delicious.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadhai. Add 1 chopped onion, 2 green chillies, 2 cloves garlic, 4-5 cashews, 1 tsp poppy seeds, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp fenugreek leaves, some ginger and fry lightly. Make a paste by adding 1/2 cup water. Fry the paste in 3 tbsp ghee. Add 2 tomato puree, 1 tsp Waghmare chilli powder, tsp turmeric powder and 2 tsp Waghmare Shahi Paneer Masala. Add 1 cup green peas, cook till the ghee separates. Add enough water and 250 grams of paneer, cook for 5 minutes and serve hot.
