Gavran Chicken masala is prepared by roasting the ingredients in the traditional way. The chicken gravy prepared with these spices are delicious and reminiscent of being cooked on a stove in the village. It is  pure veg. masala, not curry powder. It  is popular in the Maharashtra.

Recipe :

For 250 grams chicken, heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a kadhai. Add 1 finely chopped onion and fry till it becomes golden. Add 2 spoons Gavran Chicken Masala and mix. Add salt and let it cook well. After cooking, garnish with green coriander and serve.

Ingredients:

Red chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Bayleaf, Coconut, Onion, Ginger, Clove, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Caraway, Poppy seed, Stone flower, Salt, Turmeric, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein.
